Oxford Homes has been extremely unprofessional throughout our experience. The home was not delivered on time, and after possession, it became very difficult to get a response regarding any concerns or deficiencies. We have been dealing with a roof leakage issue for an extended period and have repeatedly attempted to contact the builder. Unfortunately, our calls and emails have gone unanswered, and no meaningful effort has been made to inspect the problem or provide a solution. I would not recommend this builder to others. Avoid Oxford Homes at all costs. What was promised as a quality build turned into a complete nightmare. Our 2023 build in Brighton was finished 5 months late, and post-contract communication was awful, calls were ignored, and promises were made just to get us out of the office. The build quality and attention to detail are abysmal: Cheap, unrecognized fixtures (LED lights sourced off Alibaba that burned out almost immediately). It’s been three years since our home was built, and we’re still very happy with the quality. The house has held up beautifully, and everything continues to work as expected. The team was professional, easy to work with, and delivered a great home. We highly recommend this builder!

**Stay away from Oxford Homes*** Worst experience as a new home buyer, we have been dealing with oxford homes from last year but the deficiencies on our home are still unresolved, Called the builder numerous times, left emails and texts but no response. Save your hard earned money and choose other professional home builders.
