Our family became new patients at Oxford Hills Dental about a year and a half ago and we've received excellent service here. Dr Convey takes the time to listen to his patients and explain procedures. He is compassionate, non judgemental, and he wants to help. Staff has been friendly.
The staff had a clear lack of empathy when they told me my visit was not covered by insurance and offered very little help to try and help figure out my financial situation. I didn't feel like customer service was a priority.
Going here as a kid has been over a decade of trauma. From accidentally pulled adult teeth, failed pain relief identical to another reviewer and callously unempathetic staff, it’s only now after 8 years away as an adult have I finally worked up the courage to try another dental practice with so much as a cleaning later this week.
