Oxford hills has had over 4 managers in one year. They can not keep staff. They do not respond to tenants concerns, they will lie and tell you a time that they are calling you back and they will not. Over half of the property is flooding and full of mold. They have made updates to the parking lot and a recreational lot while paying tenants live in unloveable conditions.
We've lived here a year and a half. There are things we've told them countless times about that have been broken since we moved in that are still not fixed. The last straw is my AC has been out for almost a month but I continue to get the run-around from management. Don't live here.
UPDATE: This is not a positive update! Since the pandemic this company refuses any maintenance to occupied units, they say only emergencies, but that takes days to a week. It is not providing any amenities. Also expects tenants to pay the full rent without maintenance and amenities that are signed about in the lease, COVID-19 is not an excuse to not pay, but it’s an excuse for them to not fix maintenance issues 🤦🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️. DO NOT RENT!!!! I have been here since October and have had nothing but problems. They knew i was moving in as of 9/29/2019 and my move in date was 10/11/19 well come move in day, my keys were not ready for my apartment, this is at 4:15pm and the maintenance person asked 2 times while i was sitting there when i needed them by Christi said twice now they are moving in today. Currently a resident at Oxford hills Apartments and I have been dealing with a mold problem for over a month with no resolution of any kind.. The office staff are rude an uncaring about any situation that arise. DO NOT RENT HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT!!
It’s mold infested the living conditions are horrible and unlivable. The office personnel Is extremely unprofessional and rude. The maintenance team is not effective to say the least. This complex should be shut down immediately!
At Oxford Hills it's all great until you sign a contract. We were looking for an apartment on the floor - got a ground floor. When the rain drops, the room is flooded. the water in the bath drops, the dishwasher does not drain water, the washing machines do not work very rarely, and until the day before we did not have hot water ... We repeatedly reported a malfunction, but nobody came. The biggest problem is water in the room. I sleep in unhealthy conditions. Once the master came and left the drying machine.
