Worse company ever. Don’t use them. They have no accountability. Workers don’t show up! Except for two or three and they worked him to death I see why the Ohana staff because don’t nobody want to work for them
Horrible customer service bad management from the bottom up. They only care about the money and not the people and families using their services.I have reached out to the highest manger and issues still not resolved. Office manager over Medicaid waiver lies to the families don’t answer her phone and when she do it’s a lie. They are unstaffed and workers don’t call in they do no calls no shows,but will lie to you to get your business horrible company please don’t choose this company for care of your love ones.
