They were rude to my grandparents which is very unprofessional and uncalled for especially since my grandfather, 81 just had a stroke. When people are rude and frustrating like they were, that can raise his blood pressure and put him at further risk for another stroke. We are in the process of seeking at-home therapy elsewhere. A word to the wise: when they are rude to you on the phone while setting up an appointment, find another company to work with.
I like working for oxford. You get to meet new people.
