RecommendedAlliance came to our apartment to care for my husband who has Dementia and I couldn't have asked for a better agency to take care of my husband. The staff was very punctual, friendly, compassionate and professional with addressing my husband's needs. The supervisors, Tammy and Alicia, were great also. There were times where I had to cancel, change dates or times at the last minute. Tammy and Alicia took it all in stride and patiently met my requests. I love my people I take care of but the company itself could use some work..I Been There 5 yrs The Company DOES NOT Acknowledge Your Accomplishments nor Anything at Christmas Time Or Anything Special For There Employees
I have the best care giver. She goes out of her way to take care of me while she says it's her job.
