I recently had an unpleasant experience with the customer service, while trying to obtain information for a family member. When I called, it was difficult to even understand what was being said, as multiple people were speaking at the same time. This lack of organization made the call frustrating from the start. I have had a great experience with Mr. Gonzalez. As of yet I have nothing bad to say. He has been extremely helpful and attentive to our concerns. He is always available to answer our questions and we leave there with high hopes every time. Connie is super sweet and always chipper. It's always a great feeling to "feel" important and they sure do make us feel that way. :)
