I recently had an unpleasant experience with the customer service, while trying to obtain information for a family member. I have had a great experience with Mr. Gonzalez. As of yet I have nothing bad to say. He has been extremely helpful and attentive to our concerns. He is always available to answer our questions and we leave there with high hopes every time. Connie is super sweet and always chipper. It's always a great feeling to "feel" important and they sure do make us feel that way. :)
