Move in process couldn't have been easier ! Georgette and Dominique were such a help through everything !
I’m a responsible single mother who moved in 14 months ago with my 10 year old son. In that time I built a home at the Gateway for my family and I. Unfortunately management decided to renovate my unit and would not renew a lease to me, essentially leaving my son and I without a place to live. They did not offer me a similar unit to move into and were unwilling to work with me until another comparable unit opened up. Great place to stay location wise also everything is near!
I love living at the gateway! I rented here two years ago and came back because I loved it so much. The location is great, it's pet friendly, the staff is friendly and welcoming, maintenance is great, it's beautifully well kept and has a lovely walking trail. Overall it is a very peaceful place to live and nice quiet community. Much better than living in one big building that doesn't feel "homey" and the people that live here are kind.
