Had an appointment for my wife, who is in a wheelchair, at 3:20 PM. They asked that we be there 20 minutes early for paperwork, but her primary care doctor visit took longer than expected so we could not arrive until 3:15. As we were pulling in the parking lot they called and cancelled our appointment. Very inconvenient and frustrating.
RecommendedI have gone to Costco for my eye exams for several years just out of convenience but decided to switch to a local place. The staff were so helpful in scheduling my appointment and helping me figure out what my insurance would cover. They do price matching for contacts but honestly I couldn’t find anyone near their low prices. They hooked me up with a $200 rebate for my year supply too. Saved me loads of money and all staff were very kind and helpful. Highly recommend!
Never once had a bad experience at Dr. Collins office. Him and his team have always gone out of their way to satisfy me as a patient. Keep up the good work!
I was not happy with them. For one they did a test that insurance didn't pay for a didn't tell befor.
