This is a home model that I later discovered sells for $400 to $525, 000 in the local area but they sold for $814,000 here - however, the home is built with terrible materials and workmanship, nowhere near what one would expect in a home over $800,000. Weekley has never followed up to discuss my collective concerns - they are all about raping the customer to maximize their profit.
