They are great when you go in but don't expect a quick turn around on test results. I had a thyroid ultrasound and two days ago. I was told then I should have the results in 24 - 48 hours. I called today because I still have not received any information on mychart, I was told they have changed it to 3 - 5 business days. She looked up my file and said my images have not been read yet! I have always thought a lot about Baptist and thought "wow, this place is very efficient" but that was just a front.
The staff is very nice and they are quick at what they do
I don't know what kind of place this is but they were VERY unprofessional with my grandmother. It is like the competency levels among the staff is nonexistent. The way my grandmother felt after leaving is unacceptable. She was so upset and is still upset. I wouldn't recommend this place if my life or her life depended on it.
