Don't rent from Oxford Companies if you can help it unless you like horrible laundry situations (with an app that works less than 30% of the time), flaky heat (multiple mornings I've woken up with no heat or hot water) and management that can't be bothered with you if you're concerned with anything other than giving them your money.

Oxford is truly in the business of profiting from first time renters. Will find any excuse to unnecessarily charge tenants, and the office team is incredibly unhelpful and inept. They recently remodeled their office so that tenants who wish to speak to a representative of the company have to call from an office phone in a separate lobby. Avoid at all costs.
Scary capitalist machine who alienates their tenants and plays the law for their favor, over ethical practices.
