Dr Damon Batts is terrible . He is judgemental and insensitive and behaves like its his business to boss people around and control other people's family dynamics when they didn't ask for it. I do not recommend him at all. He is very insensitive for someone who is supposed to be working with people with mental and emotional issues and he thinks its his job to be "holier than thou" and he likes to speak on other people's behalf without asking them and he doesn't consider the client's emotional wellbeing. My experience with Dr Damon Batts was a relief. After many psychiatrists, i found he was professional and listened to my concerns. I am happy to recommend him to anyone looking for a Dr with knowledge and happy to listen to your needs.

Creating more issues with a lack of humanity and genuine care. My referral was sent to this clinic and after hearing nothing for 2 weeks I called only to be told, we’re really busy. Don’t call us we’ll call you. Another two weeks go buy. Nothing. I call in another week to be told two doctors declined my referral, they’re busy, they’re on holidays and the other doctors might look at it when they’re not busy but don’t call us, we’ll call you. The reality is, that not at any point have they been about the health of the patient.... read more

I’ve been very impressed/happy with the Oxford clinic so far. Ive been going to them consistently for about 3 months. Their reception team is very punctual and easy to contact quickly during staffed hours. Already a massive improvement on other clinics. In terms of specialists, I’ve been helped greatly so far by Dr McFadden. I’ve particularly found her attention to details and putting pieces of the puzzle together an extra mile that helps greatly. Just a quick note and review off the top of my head. Thanks guys.
