Because what happened I am very unhappy with the way my treatment with my Dr Palaniappan ended. My treatment was suddenly discontinued after I made an error in relation to my medication...and was not asked how I was feeling or WHY I did what I did. If I could leave no stars, I would. Dr. Maia McFadden found my son to be in the "too hard basket" I guess and couldn't be bothered to try and treat him or help him. We wasted nothing but a lot of time and a lot of money on her. My son's mental health has now exponentially worsened thanks to her. She just decided she no longer has "capacity" for him. $3,000 for an assessment, and the intake form is a static PDF with no dynamic fields, no logic, no validation. Filling it out was the most tedious administrative task I've encountered in years. Whatever that fee is funding, it clearly isn't basic technology. I wouldn't recommend this practice until the intake process is fixed.
Dr Damon Batts is terrible . He is judgemental and insensitive and behaves like its his business to boss people around and control other people's family dynamics when they didn't ask for it. I do not recommend him at all. He is very insensitive for someone who is supposed to be working with people with mental and emotional issues and he thinks its his job to be "holier than thou" and he likes to speak on other people's behalf without asking them and he doesn't consider the client's emotional wellbeing.
