I saw that most/all of the reviews (where specified) seem to be based on out patient care. A have a friend who was an in patient at this hospital, and the care was extremely variable. The occupational therapists, physios and most of the qualified nurses were very good. But some (not all) of the evening and weekend staff (not qualified nurses) were apparently rude, unempathetic, and bordering on abusive. It's a centre for enablement so it's well equipped for visitors of all levels of disability. It's very clean, open and organised. There's lots of parking. I have made several videos and done a few photos to show people what it's like. You might appreciate this if you're nervous or if you have autism and appreciate visual cues to help you identify places.
