I came here for a simple tire rotation and to order two new front tires for my car. When I called and scheduled an appointment they said they would order my tires and asked for all of the information, but when I got there the first time the secretary told me there was nothing on file other than an invoice and a name. Sent my daughter here because of the good reviews and close proximity to the college. First scheduled appointment was deleted from system. On the second scheduled appointment they had the wrong tires and blamed it on their supplier. Who doesn’t confirm an order when they come in? Bosses were nowhere to be found. Just a secretary and mechanic. Definitely not worth wasting a third appointment.
Highly recommend! My daughter had transmission issues while at school. Had the car towed there and they quickly diagnosed the issue. They completed the necessary work in a timely fashion. Wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again.
Working with them from 4 hours away to fix my daughter's car made me a bit uneasy, but they communicated throughout, offered to send pictures, and were great about keeping me in the loop when one of the parts was delayed. Will happily use again if anything else comes up!
