Came in for an oil change, tire rotation and alignment on a 24 Nissan Sentra. I paid over the phone and when they told me the price, I asked for what was charged. They charged me an extra $23 for an air filter since they noticed that my current one was old. The air filter really did need replaced and I originally planned on replacing it myself once I received my next paycheck.
