The oxford management company sent the worst of the worst managers from Chicago to Arizona for the grand opening of the Cambria Hotel in Downtown Phoenix this year. The Godfrey Hotel in Chicago should be closed down! Running toilet you can hear even with the bathroom door closed! Pubic hair in the shower! Emotionless robots at the front desk more interested in personal flirtation than customer service! Complete lack of quality control! The food on our flight was better than what we were served at the Brunch room! $60 to valet A DAY with the only option close by garages you can only enter and exit once!
