DeSoto Collision has not fixed my truck to a T once, but twice. the second time being tougher in the same spot. once again they have outdone themselves in craftsmanship. if you ever need a trusted service; DeSoto is the spot. as one of their fantastic technicians said: “The game doesn’t get easier, we just get better.” Cheers!!!
My entire experience with Desoto took over a month for what they initially said would take 8-9 business days. When I came to pick up around that time, I found the initial damage to be repaired, but they had scratched the trunk and rear tail-light in the process and the interior of the car was caked in dust. They took the doors off to make the repair and did not make any effort to protect the interior or clean it properly for pickup. They took great care of my 2020 silverado after someone backed into me and dented the bed. Doesn't even look like there was a scratch on it prior. They communicated with me very well throughout the whole process. Hopefully I won't have to come back but if I do I will definitely be coming here!
The repair to my vehicle took a lot longer than told it would take. The quality of the work was not very good. The purpose of a body repair is restoring the vehicle to before collision condition. It is very easy to see the difference in what they did and the rest of the vehicle. The paint is off about 2 shades and it doesn’t help there either doesn’t know how to lay metallic to blend and match.
