We’ve had a very frustrating experience with DeSoto Collision Center in Oxford. Our vehicle has now been there for almost two weeks, and every time we called to ask for an ETA, no one could give us a clear answer. I finally called on behalf of my daughter and spoke with Pat, who said he is the Operations Manager. Unfortunately, that conversation made things worse.
