Robberies are happening apparently 5-6 in the past 48 hours. No notice to the residents to be aware break ins are happening. My garage door was opened somehow with a clicker and over 3k worth of tools and goods were stolen between 1:30 pm and 3:30 pm. As if money isn't tight enough when they are aware of robberies happening the least they could do is let us know to keep an eye out especially when they know other residents have had their gate clicker and garage door openers stolen. I’m a former tenant here at this place. I lived there for about 2 years & to this day Aspen & Ariel have answered my question about renting & anything else I may have had regarding a new lease in a different city. Amazing Staff & the property was beautiful. Great job yall
