Service fee was very competitive and they came the next day! Our tenant was very happy. Job delivered was quality.
Technician was on time and gone in an hour. They called with a 2 hour window in the morning of service and he was there at the beginning of that window. They usually call to tell you when they were on the way too. I have used them twice and I have always been satisfied with their repair on my appliances. Great company, great service, great pricing! I highly recommend to anyone who needs a repair.
Oxford Appliance Repair is by far the best I’ve tried in Oxford, Ohio area in my opinion. He fixed my disposal and my Jenn air in an hour. I have been using it for so many weeks now, and I don’t see it dying on me or anything. His experience shows, I am giving 5 stars and more!
Everything’s alright now after they dealt with my refrigerator. They were affordable and informs you well about the your appliance.
First of all, not located in Oxford. They never came for the appointment (even though they took my credit card info). When I called they said it was canceled and could not be rescheduled because the truck broke and that someone called and left a message -- even though I had my phone on me and there were no messages.
