Super rude manger, does not reply when you ask for a repair, the price for the apartment is way too high for the space, lived there for more than 7 years, when I moved out they took my deposit to repair all the stuff they were avoiding to repair while we were living there. Roaches are everywhere and they can not control it, take my advice and stay away. I'm going to file a claim in court because this is not acceptable! One stare is too much for these apartments, I lived 7 years here and it was the worst experience ever! We finally had the chance to move out thank God! They have the worst management ever, very bad repair services and a rude handyman, the apartments are infested with roaches and mice! They keep rising the rent even during the pandemic.

I lived in 321 @ Belmont for 3.5 years before moving to my current home. I enjoyed living in this apartment managed by the WSB Properties. It is within walking distance (~10 min) to the Caltrain station, Safeway, Starbucks and other places like Sushi restaurants. The apartment is well maintained, quiet and clean, pet-friendly, with nice greenbelt in the front. This is a throwaway account because I still live at the property. I wouldn’t trust the owners/management property company. WSB property is owner managed. I live at 321 oxford way apartments. My friend moved out recently and told me he was paid to write good reviews and that if he knew anyone who would write a good review to tell Ben the property manager. Pros - Great location, nicely updated, good view of the hills of Belmont (my apartment is located on the Oxford street side), some friendly neighbors, pet friendly, safe and quiet area. Small gym which is generally empty. Common areas are kept clean. Major Con - Managers are not available the weekdays after 5:30pm or weekends. I had an emergency lock out and I was told (the next morning after I spent hours outside in the cold) tough and call a locksmith because it happened at 6:30pm at night.
