I took the class with Patrick. The weather was a little rough outside, so other people didn’t attend and it ended up just being him and me which is a great experience. I started the class by telling him that I was a little nervous because I wasn’t sure what I was getting myself into with going and we walked through the routine so that he could check my form for all the exercises. I own The Little Gym across the street and started coming to OxFit a couple months ago when we were in pre-opening. The team is awesome, the community is supportive, and coach Savannah thoroughly works me every time! Definitely recommend it for anyone looking for varied, hard workouts without any of the machismo baggage you might worry about with CrossFit.
Lauren and the coaches at OFGP are great. I found them to be knowledgeable and adaptable!
Full disclosure: I never leave reviews. UNTIL NOW! I started at OxFit 5 weeks ago and I can honestly say it’s the best investment I’ve ever made for myself. I instantly became part of a welcoming community and knew I was in the right place. The trainers care, the members are great and above all, the way I feel now exceeds all my expectations. I am now officially a guy who GENUINELY enjoys getting up early to go to the gym. Never in 1 million years did I ever see that coming. THANK YOU OXFIT!
