Was really impressed on my first visit because the receptionist seemed really compassionate and helped me when I was experiencing pain and trying to find a doctor. But after being assured to book an appointment on Monday (even after I said I was sceptical results would be back that fast), my results were not back. I waited 40 minutes past my appointment time to be seen, and then once I was seen the doctor tells me my results aren't here and to wait back in the lobby while they call about them. I left a bad review and was almost immidiately contacted and offered help As a business owner myself I sincerely respect my feedback being taken on and recommend this practice for this reason.
Hate going to Doctors - but these guys are the Best Doctors on the Coast.
I recommend to anyone if you are looking for a really good GP/Practice then come here the doctors are so lovely and caring and the staff are really friendly and helpful as well.
Excellent, efficient service combined with professional and friendly staff.
