I’m new to the area and didn’t realize the clinic and pharmacy were separate. When I stopped in to ask a few questions, the person at the front desk responded very rudely, saying they were closed, not a clinic, only for patients, and had no availability. The interaction felt unprofessional and unwelcoming, especially for someone working in a public-facing role. The pharmacy was very helpful.
