I ordered a 20” necklace from this company and received an 18”. I’ve emailed them and filed a complaint haven’t heard back. Absolutely pathetic customer service. Definitely won’t be buying from here ever again.

They charge $2.98 for returns, but do not respond to two separate requests when I am actually trying to make a return. So I am stuck a piece that does not fit. Do not order from this company. Edit: They responded to me immediately after this google review, saying they never received my emails. I requested assistance returning my necklace, but now I have not heard from them for over a week. I am unable to exchange my item. Poor customer service.

Happily ordered a custom piece at a Yoga event held at Lululemon Highlands, and oxb is completely unresponsive. They were supposed to have it for pick up during the process- they moved locations - and my item should’ve been delivered a long time ago and now they’re silent. Highly disappointed in the business practices.
