I posted a critique of the maintenance team's snow removal and management responded immediately with a fix to the problem and a note here. Very impressed.
I had the chance to meet Edwin and Norbert from the maintenance team while staying at my friend’s place for a few days. This team helped me with my luggages and few recommendation to eat around here in Minneapolis. The place was beautiful, and the team was incredibly helpful. I highly recommend both this location and their excellent service!
I’ve lived here about a month and the moving in process was so smooth. Chelsea was so patient and helpful when I was stressed about moving to Minneapolis from across the country.
