Ox floor suck they don't honor there warranty. They don't come out to service there inprefections .Before you spend a lot of money think about it.
I must say when I was sold by the rep I was at awe. Then came installation process. Got many calls trying to change the dates due to backed up work, all while having to pay in full the day of being sold. No time to give it thought. But ultimately I loved the way it looked on presentation. Now my floor is coming up on certain areas and have to wait a couple more weeks for them to come out and redo.
