If you are looking for an apartment, stay far away from this complex. We were responsible tenants who took care of our place and left it clean, only for management to completely screw us over upon move-out. They kept our entire security deposit after move out. They are actively charging us for standard wear-and-tear items and entirely exaggerated claims that do not reflect the actual condition we left the apartment in. I lived in this apartment for almost five years and always paid my rent on time every month. I never had a late payment during my entire time there. Before moving out, I sent a notice about leaving one month in advance, but I did not receive any response. After I moved out, they claimed that I had not paid the last month and said they would keep my security deposit. They also never contacted me to return the keys. They'll charge fees even if you follow all the move out procedures. Just don't plan on seeing your deposit again.
Security deposit is $1650. That is outrageous. The majority of the Boise area is asking for 300-400 security deposit. There is no justifiable reason to be charging 1650. One star because of this.
Great location. Easy freeway access. Nice park across the street. Close 5 minutes to downtown Boise.
