I bought a cash car on December 8th 2025 as of March 26th the dmv has shows the title still in the previous owners name and no attempt of transfer. I have a dealer plate still and every time ive tried to contact the owner Jose Owono I am told I should have the title by the end of next week. I have filed a complaint through the dmv and am waiting to hear back.
