Having moved to ***** from abroad only a couple of years ago we were new to the property tax system here and unaware that the burden could be challenged. Having received a few recommendations, we were happy to find Ownwell and their policy of no payment unless a lower assessment and therefore lower tax was achieved. They have managed that two years running and we are quite satisfied.

Easy and worthwhile. Ownwell has helped me for three years in a row to reduce my appraised value; 3.62% on first year, 6.15% on second year, and 7.87% on third year. That is a total of $2764 in saved taxes in three years.
