I wish I would have read the reviews before my buyer decided to get her mortgage through this company. We have now missed the commitment date and closing date on the contract and they could care less. They are in "lending" meetings every time you call and my buyer is in jeopardy now because of the very POOR customer service. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!

I would suggest using any other mortgage company. Monthly Invoices are sent out late and the payments are usually posted late no matter how quickly you return the payment. Late fees are assessed and the issue is brought to their attention- they acknowledge there is a problem and take no corrective action. Phone calls go unanswered, voice mails and E- Mail go unreturned. Look elsewhere for a mortgage and save yourself a lot of aggravation. DS

Do not go through OwnersChoice! They sent our escrow payment to the wrong insurance company TWICE, a year after we switched companys, while the correct ins co was on file. We ended up having to make the payment ourselves ($700+) to avoid our home owners being cancelled. Two years later ( Dec '21) we get a statement in the mail saying we have missed 4 payments (Feb-May '21) plus owe late charges,... when the payments are automatically withdrawn from our account!! If you're a first time home buyer DO NOT go through Owners Choice.

Jan and Nick were amazing to work with. They were there to answer our calls and questions whenever we needed them. They worked above and beyond to get us through the process in a timely fashion I could not have been more satisfied with the experience we had!!
