To whom it may concern, in June of 2021 Mr. Gottlieb called from Colorado to inquire about a property I had listed 51 Timberwood in Asheville. I left a required $7,500.00 Earnest Money and $7,500.00 Due Diligence money to Jason Brodsky of Only Owners Real Estate. He used someone in his office to represent me while he represented the sellers. (this turned out to be a huge mistake) The very next day after i made the 2 payments, I received the inspectors report mentioning that the House had major foundation problems and i was told by my cousins in New York who is a building inspector, to run as fast as i possible can away from the home.
