Buyers, be aware! We bought our house from Simon Moksin/Ownerland Realty last year. He was a fraud and was acting as a realtor for the seller when it was him who was making profit from the sell. He had his daughter signing off on titles and our mortgage lender had to repeatedly reach out because they were trying to submit hand written receipts as official copies. Practically impossible to find their listings. The agent’s business card doesn’t even say how to find their listings.
I have to give Yuan Ye（Annie）special praise-she truly treats her clients' home purchase as if they were her own. As a buyer‘s agent， she is excellent at analyzing data and has strong negotiation skills. She helped catch the home at a great price， accompanied the inspection， and was willing to spend the time to watch over details. even the cooperating agent on the other side expressed admiration for her professionalism and personal charm.
My experience with Chau Phung went from 5-stars to 1-star. I’ve bought 4 houses before, and I’ve never dealt with a Realtor like this. At first, she was helpful — she even went to see a property and recorded a video for me since I’m an out-of-state investor. That made me feel confident signing a buyer agreement with her.
