My experience with Chau Phung went from 5-stars to 1-star. I’ve bought 4 houses before, and I’ve never dealt with a Realtor like this. At first, she was helpful — she even went to see a property and recorded a video for me since I’m an out-of-state investor. That made me feel confident signing a buyer agreement with her. I have a legit claim to Earnest Money and there's a dispute, Realtor Cheryl Long has told me nothing as to what the steps are to come to a resolution other than wait two years and sign a release of contract so her and Ownerland has no liability even though they hold the money. As I make attempts to call Cheryl Long she will say she's going to send information but then she just ghosts me. Yimming has to be one of the most unethical realtors in the Cincinnati area. He lied to me, displaced my family and defrauded me out of $20,000. BEWARE!
