Ownbey has taken care of our water system - treating the well water anually and reinstalling new pump . We have been very satisfied.
Slow. Took more than an hour to change a simple tap.
Allen rearranged his schedule to help my water problems after both my submersible pump systems failed due to recent PGE outages/surges. Putting three households out of water. Very personable and was happy to answer my questions and give suggestions
Rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. Not sure of his actual skills as I couldn't take his rudeness long enough to actually let him work on anything. Very disappointed.
