I used Ownup with my first purchase back in 2019. Decided it would be a comfortable, easy process again. It has not been a good process. It's over a week and I still do not have a pre-approval, I'm being asked redundant questions, my Credit was pulled (despite being told it would be a soft pull) I E-mailed Dee Brown asking I simple question and never received a responce, and now I'm getting ENDLESS calls and text from different lenders and SPAM. Quick response and knowledgeable
I was hoping to get information regarding Own Up’s services, got a very quick call from an agent. He was kind of rude on the phone and when I told him I’d like to wait on the questionnaire, he hung up on me. Overall very surprised with the interaction and will not be seeking services any further.
Own up is the above and beyond level of helpful. They link you up with the best mortgage company, real estate agent, and take all of the stress of wondering if you picked the right people. They are amazing! I’m saving so much money in the home process because of who they picked for us! I will definitely recommend them to all of my friends and family
