I used Ownup with my first purchase back in 2019. Decided it would be a comfortable, easy process again. It has not been a good process. It's over a week and I still do not have a pre-approval, I'm being asked redundant questions, my Credit was pulled (despite being told it would be a soft pull) I E-mailed Dee Brown asking I simple question and never received a responce, and now I'm getting ENDLESS calls and text from different lenders and SPAM.
