I was hoping to get information regarding Own Up’s services, got a very quick call from an agent. He was kind of rude on the phone and when I told him I’d like to wait on the questionnaire, he hung up on me. Overall very surprised with the interaction and will not be seeking services any further.
Own up is the above and beyond level of helpful. They link you up with the best mortgage company, real estate agent, and take all of the stress of wondering if you picked the right people. They are amazing! I’m saving so much money in the home process because of who they picked for us! I will definitely recommend them to all of my friends and family
Own up makes finding a mortgage easy. They find the best rates. I easily created my pre-approval letters online anytime I needed one. They are so responsive and helpful, the moment I needed anything.
I had a wonderful experience with Own up the first time! the Rep was incredible.. he was through and made me feel like I was important and never brushed me off or that he was too busy. the man was working on my mortgage the day he got MARRIED!! I am trying to refinance now and reached out, somehow rocket mortgage got my info and started the process. they have given me 3 different sets of numbers now. We’ve used Own Up for both a new purchase and a refinance. I can’t imagine working with anyone else. They are transparent about how they make money and about how they save me money. No tricks. No pushy tactics. Just great advice, low fees, and low rates. I can not recommend them highly enough.
