I like that I didn't get a hundred calls after putting my phone number in. I got one call from Dee Brown at Own Up. She asked me some questions and referred me to Derek Staples at Rocket Mortgage. I very quickly got pre-approved for a mortgage and now just looking for the right house.
OwnUp provides no actual service, information, or value. They simply collect and sell your info to a bunch of mortgage lenders so you'll receive an endless stream of telemarketing calls from lenders until the end of time. I have no desire to spend a half hour on the phone with each lender just to find out they likely can't beat the rate my local lender gave me. Competitor websites do the same thing, but at least the big competitor "LT" includes some online instant rates as well as a lot of useful information on their site. Y... read more
Jenn is fantastic to work with. She is responsive and makes it easy for the buyer. The lenders that own-up works with consistently provide the best rates and they are also very easy to work with. Overall own-up offers the best service possible!
