I was contacted from 2 banks and from one bank, they were so rude, the lady just told me that because I make less than 25,000 it was going to be a problem to call back in two years.
Initial communication with Own Up was great. I was contacted by New American Funding and submitted all documentation requested. I reached out for a status and was told they were very busy and would get back to me. That was over 30 days ago. Own Up reached out to me to see how things were going. I explained and no response. I would not recommend them.
William Boyce, who assisted me get set up was awesome and super friendly. He made the start of the process super easy and connected me with a very helpful team that is helping provide options and information.
