WOW! I was very skeptical about this process and almost didn't call. I am so glad I did! Own Up was great! They walked me through everything. Told me what they do, how they get paid, how the lender is able to offer me a lower rate, how many different lenders there were and the different interest rates available. My experience with Own Up was very pleasant. Leslie Ritemire was so helpful, patient, and kind. She explained everything to me, and did her very best to partner me with the most fitting lender. I would definitely recommend Own Up!
I was surprised (in a good way) with how quickly I was able to fill out the application and get connected with a home advisor. I received a phone call after filling out the online form within minutes on a Sunday night! The person I spoke with was very knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with, as well. It was a great customer experience.
They called me we went through most of the process and an option they gave me was to commit mortgage fraud! Talked to a different person and told me the only way they can help is to refinance my current home. They just want money its ridiculous
