I'm sure everyone has a different experience here BUT mine was great, my appointment was 7:30, I showed up at 6:45 and was empty by 7:30, showed up before your appointment and follow all directions and all will be great. The lady in the guard shack was awesome
AS OF 2/1/2026 There is overnight parking at the empty Westrock parking lot located before the entrance to Owls Head entrance. They will not take any early appointments whatsoever. Just come a hour before your appointment time to have a decent experience. There is aluminum scrap and debris everywhere, so be prepared for a mess and directions to the dock after scaling check in. Unloading is about 30 minutes then scale out and check out with the check out lady not check in lady.
