I can't express how thankful I am to have had the experience to talk with Jennifer about the issues I was having. She is very helpful and understanding in all different kinds of situations. I would definitely recommend her.
Jennifer has a remarkable ability to listen deeply while also offering thoughtful guidance and practical tools that actually make a difference in daily life. I always leave sessions feeling supported, grounded, and more hopeful than when I arrived.
I'd like to preface that I typically keep all people at an arm's length and have a difficult time opening up. Jennifer Rasso made the transition into doing therapy seamless. She was immediately welcoming and kind which made me start to settle in and feel comfortable. She will make you feel heard and safe throughout the session and from experience her advice truly will make you feel better. I can't recommend her enough!
I started seeing Jennifer and she’s been extremely helpful so far. I appreciate how she’s able to create an environment that’s welcoming but can also hold me accountable and the behaviors that are keeping me stuck. I’ve left her session feeling more motivated every time!
