I went in this week and even though there were no other customers in the store, the employees ignored me, while chatting amongst themselves, and I waited over 5 minutes. So I will go to Moscow to get my medical supplies.
Beware! They do not stand behind their products! I took a defective product back and they would not refund my money are try to make it right by me because the package was opened. How else could I tell if it was defective??? Poor business management!
