I recently purchased a 2007 Lexus 460L from Owning Mills Motors on July 24, 2023, and my experience with them has been an absolute nightmare. After finding out the Gentleman was not happy with the vehicle we took the vehicle back (even though it was 1000 miles pass his warranty) with no problem and paid his loan off ,waited for the lien release papers to come back so we could apply for refund process with motor vehicle admin and right now as I type this respond (11/30/2023) received his refund and emailed the Gentleman to come pick up his refund. sincerely Owings Mills Motor Cars.
