The office is extremely outdated and has a weird smell, so the first impression was not great. None of the ladies behind the desk or taking vitals were dressed in scrubs, and the doctor was not wearing a white coat either. The whole experience was just not very professional. Everything was outdated! My visit didn't really get anywhere either!
They coded my procedure wrong, which ended up costing me more than what it should have. When trying to visit with the office about it, they were hard to deal with. Also, the doctor did not do a follow up visit after my colonoscopy - just sent a letter in the mail saying all was good and to follow up with GP. I was having health issues, so obviously all was not good. A follow up visit would have been beneficial to try to find out what was going on, not pawn me off on a GP.
