Why do you have this tool if ypu don't not use it for what you all say I had a 1:30 time spot to see the doctor me and my daughter and I am still waiting in the waiting room to go back so I not sure why you all have on there you all say that it's on there so you don't have to cut your time in the waiting room but Here we seat still waiting
