Super welcoming and felt like I was right at home! The facility was actually super nice, too. Big open floor, lots of equipment, clean, and just exactly what a “box” should feel like. CrossFit is community and I sure felt it when I went. This will for sure be where I come to anytime we visit the Owensboro family 🫶🏼💪 🔥
Excellent gym with helpful coaches and solid programming. I'm completely new to CrossFit and have felt supported and met with appropriate challenges for my skills and fitness. I like that there's no nonsense. Just get in, work hard, have a laugh after, and everyone stays positive.
My wife and I were in town visiting family and looking for a gym to drop into. The owner was extremely easy to communicate with and texted back almost immediately when asking about drop in times. We were immediately impressed by how clean and organized the gym was, how challenging yet scalable the class programming was, and how kind everybody was. A great local gym for those in Owensboro and a nice spot to drop in for those visiting!
I attended a drop in class while traveling for the work. The coaching staff and members are so welcoming and it was a great workout!
I always make it a point to drop in and visit Owensboro CrossFit when in town. The programming is tough, but still a good time. All of the members are welcoming and supportive. I appreciate the feedback from Jay and the coaching staff on form and tips for improving my technique. I look forward to my next visit!
