The person who answer the phone was rude and disrespectful and unprofessional. Glad I did not choose them as my lawyer.
I can't tell you if this law firm is good or bad, because, after numerous attempts to contact a lawyer, nobody (lawyer, clerk, assistant nor anyone else) has had the courtesy to call me back.
I've hired a number of lawyers over the years for residential, commercial, corporate, M&A matters and Owens Wright is by far the fairest in terms of billing and is the most thorough in the work they do. I've emailed them countless times on a Friday at midnight and I've received responses back within 10 minutes more frequently than not. Appalling law firm representing the builder Metropia whose incompetence has resulted in over a hundred residents being unable to close on their properties. Amateur company- stick to the little leagues where you can properly service your clients.
