Addendum: Your assumption of who I am is totally incorrect. I was attempting to retain a lawyer to process a mortgage transaction (on behalf of myself). When I initially called, the person who answered the phone seemed completely clueless (similar to the response to my review) but told me that I would receive a call back--nothing. Hands down the best Corporate Lawfirm I have ever had an experience to work with. They took care of A to Z from my incorporation to lease review to the purchase agreement. Not to mention, they saved me from a huge future potential lawsuit by holding back money from the actual purchase price to cover prior liabilities and Lease review saved me from a hefty relocation clause. I would absolutely recommend to all the corporations out there.
The service was extremely disappointing and completely unprofessional. The staff showed little respect or concern for the customer, and the overall experience was far below any reasonable standard. I expected much better service and professionalism. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this place based on my experience.
