I’m thrilled with the incredible customer service and attention to detail that I received from Steven. Steven is a rockstar, who helped me with key decisions to upgrade my trailer. He also kept me updated via phone on the latest status of my repairs. Owens & Sons is a top-notch operation, and they deliver on time and as promised. They had a quick turnaround as well. Robyn in the front office was lovely to deal with. This is a first class operation, and I will definitely be back again soon for all my future trailer repairs.
