Jim Owens provided a written estimate the the same evening that he did the evaluation. He came to do the job exactly as promised and even called to say he could come one day earlier. Jim worked hard all day long for four days straight and only took a lunch break. He pressure washed my wood siding, wooden fence, porch ceilings/walls/floors, garage garage balconies, horseshoe driveway, landscape stones & pavers. Jim came to help me again today installing ceiling storage racks in my garage. He spent the entire day working on the project and finally took a lunch break after 2 pm. He was able to configure a pattern to maximize my rack storage without it looking overcrowded. All railings are securely anchored and everything squared. Looks great! I got exactly what I asked for with the professionalism I have grown a accustomed to receiving from Jim. I definitely will use Jim again!
