There is nothing easier than to leave a negative review, but I would like to argue my point of view. It's true that they are are quite slow at Owens Murphy Volkswagen and I won't probably ask for their help again, but the imperfections with the starting function of my car, ( I knew about them when buying it on repokar com, but hoped it can wait a bit), were well fixed, so I chose 3 of the 5 rating stars for them.
Horrible experience and the GM (Lee) could care less!!! I took my car in for a recall issue (at 8am) and the never called me to say it was done. I had to call them to get my car at 6:30pm. When I (had to get my own ride back) got there they had fixed what they said was a whole in my tire and wanted $26.00 before I got my car. I felt like I was being robbed. Great place to do Business !! Great Staff , Selection / Parts / Service. Call them FIRST after a COLLISION !! Your insurance Company does not Know your car is Unique. "Certified" Jaguar Land Rover and Range Rover Aluminum Auto Body / Collision repair. Maintain your Original Factory Corrosion Protection , Driveability and Warranty.
I just wanted to say I had a really good experience here the staff is too notch very pleased with our car aswell.
What a great car-buying experience. I found a beautiful used car for my wife, told them what I was willing to pay, which really wasn't much less than the sticker price. I also asked for a few minor imperfections to be fixed. They didn't try to haggle, "let me get the boss to see if it's ok...". The salesman was empowered to make the deal.
