Horrible Service Department. Took my brand new 2020 MK7.5 GTI SE to Owens to get a noise and steering input issue looked at under warranty. Got a call back that it was a bad wheel bearing (on a brand new car). They kept the car an extra day. Went and picked up the car the next day and drove off and experienced the exact issue but worse, 2 minutes into my drive. Angie Shelnutt is a stellar salesperson and sustaining resource for the Volkswagen brand. Manager Ramin Davari was very helpful in the process as was finance manager Jonathan Morrow. It was a pleasure to meet owner Lee Owens, who seemed to genuinely appreciate my business . Angie has a great personality and the test drive was fun and helpful and informative. I think the Teguan is a great choice for me and it drives great . I love the turbo , and thanks for the great deal and the best warranty on the market !
