Horrible Service Department. Took my brand new 2020 MK7.5 GTI SE to Owens to get a noise and steering input issue looked at under warranty. Got a call back that it was a bad wheel bearing (on a brand new car). They kept the car an extra day. Went and picked up the car the next day and drove off and experienced the exact issue but worse, 2 minutes into my drive.
