I had a terrible experience with Mr. Fitzpatrick and would not recommend him to anyone. My real estate deal fell through and he is still holding my deposit from over 12 months ago (even though I have a signed contract that it was contingent on the sale of my house and is supposed to go back to the buyer). He was supposed to email me information months ago and never did. I have left over 10 voicemails/emails and he is completely unresponsive.
There are so many attorneys telling us to contact them, encouraging us to seek them out. However, what sets Justin Klatsky apart from his competition is his character and professionalism. Justin not only takes the time to explain to his clients exactly what needs to be done, but he explains why. He listens intently and then guides his clients through the process so they can have peace of mind that they have the best plan in place for when the inevitable happens.
