Terrible experience at this place. After we traveled about 12 hours to move my son into these apartments, his unit was filthy. It had not been cleaned from the previous tennants...dirty dishes were still in the dishwasher, food crumbs in cabinets, carpet stained, bathrooms dirty, and stank terribly. The front door frame was loose which caused about an inch gap where the feezing cold air came in. They kept adjusting it, but it never stayed fixed. The dryer kept messing up. I WOULD NEVER GIVE THIS COMPANY ANY PART OF A STAR! THE ONLY REASON I DID WAS BECAUSE YOU CAN NOT POST ANY COMMENTS ABOUT THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU GIVE THEM A STAR - ISN'T THAT CONVENIENT! This is in my opinion NOT a very reputable company . Every time you call to speak with someone a receptionist named PEGGY answers - she is very very rude, she hangs up on you if you do not tell her why you want to talk to someone other than herself. consider going to a facility that will not take advantage of you and that may provide some customer service, because you will not find it here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
