The physician is not even a ER certified provider. The experience at this facility is unchanged from when I worked there 8 years ago. There are good and bad providers.Dr Owens unfortunately is one of the bad ones in the context of being dismissive and unable to offer anything in the form of actual medical practice. He appears to only know morphine or hydromorphone for pain. I explained that my father in law has a history of spinal fusion and neck fusion. Opioids have no effect on him. This guy is a complete clown! I've had several problems hit me all at once, out of nowhere. This clown told me I needed to see a psychiatrist, not once but twice after numerous visits to the ER. After seeing several specialist, we have discovered several things going on with my body. This guy has no business with life, in his hands!!!!

I had a terrible knee fracture repaired by a surgeon the night before and was released the next day. I was told if the pain became unmanageable to return to ER immediately to be re-admitted. Sadly, I was forced to call an ambulance several hours later to return to ER in excruciating pain. When I arrived with my husband by ambulance to be re-admitted (I was accidentally discharged too soon and my injury does not allow me way of getting into a normal vehicle) Dr Owens refused to allow me to be admitted of contact the othro con... read more
