I am a very small business and since this agency was bought out by World the customer service is poor at best. I have had multiple requests for assistance with my workers comp and never can get help or even a call back. I do not recommend this agency for business.
My insurance almost doubled in less than 1 year. I don't trust these folks any longer. I have had my insurance with them for years and I have never had an issue until now. I called over 10 days ago to discuss this and was told that thet would shop around for other coverage and let me know. As of today, there has been nothing done. Good luck with your next increase. Owens Insurance is top of the line. Chad Hannon has been there for us personally, for our business and is just a great friend. It’s almost 7:00 at night and he’s filing a claim for me because of a flood in my bathroom. They really are a business you can rely on and trust. We are so glad to have Chad Hannon and everyone at Owen’s Insurance on our team professionally and personally! :)
Jay Gibson (with Owens Ins) is always honest with me about our family's insurance needs and what we can do to best protect ourselves. I respect that he educates me without talking down to me. Additionally, he goes above and beyond to get us quality insurance for a good, fair price. I definitely recommend Owens Insurance.
